Our client came to us and wanted to gift her mother a pendant for her birthday that was equal parts sentimental and imaginative. She told us that her late grandmother's nickname for her mom was 'Chicken' and she wanted it engraved in her handwriting, but didn't have a sample to reference. With not much to play with, we had to get creative! 

Using a daily planner that her grandmother kept to log the days at her family farm in Ireland, we managed to comb through each page- every entry- to find the perfect handwritten letters to piece together her mom's beloved nickname. To make this piece even more meaningful, we decided to add the birthstones of our client and each of her siblings- creating a pendant that her mother will be able to keep close and cherish for years to come.
