FAQ

What karat gold do you cast with? 

We use 14 karat gold for all of our pieces. We love the integrity of this alloy as it is hard enough to stand up to every day wear. However, we are happy to recreate any of our pieces in 18k or platinum, just reach out to us at hello@viceversajewelry.com to place your special order.

What quality diamonds do you use? 

We use F/G VS quality diamonds. 

Where are your pieces made?

We make all of our pieces in the United States and many of our pieces right here in New York City.  

How long will my piece take to ship? 

It takes 4-6 weeks for our pieces to be made. As soon as your piece is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us letting you know.
