Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece or size.

If another size is needed, please be aware it may take another 3-4 weeks to receive your new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same color size and style, subject to availability. When possible, we will offer to repair faulty items at no cost. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Quality and craftsmanship is important to us. If you feel your jewelry has not withstood normal wear, we will be happy to repair it within our discretion. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
