Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes it happens, you just don't love what you bought as much as you'd hoped. Don't worry, we'll help you get it sorted out. Please note that we do not accept Vice Versa jewelry purchased from any outside retailer - please contact them directly to process your returns. 
RINGS IN ALL VARIATIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Additionally, all custom made or personalized pieces are final sale.
 
In order to start a return, please contact us at hello@viceversajewelry.com so we can issue you a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers must be generated within 48 hours of receiving your package. Jewelry can either be returned for a store credit of the full amount paid for the piece less the return shipping or a refund to the original payment method less a 10% restocking fee and return shipping. Please indicate how you would like to proceed in your email asking for a return authorization number. 
Once your return authorization number has been issued, we will send you a label to return your item. Returns must be sent back to our returns department within 7 days of issuing the label. 
As indicated above, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
